The Fundacion Almeria, in the limelight of Liga Genuine Santander
The entire team shows their support for goalkeeper Cristóbal, who broke his fibula.
The team of people with Intellectual Disability of the Fundacion UDA has achieved two victories and one defeat in the first phase of Liga Genuine Santander. Its President, Lorena García, highlighted ‘It is the taking part that counts and this means a lot to us and the participants in this integrative league’. She also mentioned that once more, this year has been a great experience, although not everything has been that good because one of their goalkeepers, Cristóbal, unfortunately fractured his fibula. The entire team of the Fundacion rojiblanca wish him a speedy recovery.
The Almeria beat Lugo and Las Palmas, both 4-0, and lost to Celta de Vigo 3-1.
