The ‘B’ team boys looking to start a new winning streak and reach the top of the table

Almeria ‘B’ visit the Jaen lands to face Atlético Porcuna this Sunday 12 (KO 6:30pm Spain Time)

The hopeful UD Almería ‘B’ lads will put an end to this 3-game week playing against Atlético Porcuna this Sunday (KO 6:30pm Spain Time) at the Municipal de San Benito ground, a difficult venue to win. In addition, it will be a match in which the youngsters will have to be at their best since the gaps in the table are quite small.

The main mission of the ‘B’ team boys will be to start a new winning streak after Gilbert’s match-winning goal sealed victory over UD Torre del Mar last Wednesday, a player who has scored 10 goals to become the top scorer of the team and the league. Moreover, as the attacker himself recognised when chatting with UDA Radio, the goal of the team is ‘to finish this first part of the season on a good note and reach the Xmas break in the best possible way,’ taking advantage of the boost of confidence thanks to their last victory.

Head coach Óscar Fernández will not submit the squad list yet since the fact that the first team play the day before against Real Zaragoza allows all the youngsters to be up for grabs, except for Kevin Bautista, who is serving a one-game ban for accumulation of yellow cards.
