Samú Costa renews deal until 2026

UD Almería extends the Portuguese's contract for three more years. He is one of the regulars in the League

Unión Deportiva Almería and Samú Costa have reached an agreement to extend his contract for three more years until 2026. With this deal extension, UD Almería retains one of the most lined up youngest players in the squad by head coach Rubi, both in the Segunda Division and at the start of the Spanish top flight.

The Portuguese footballer arrived in 2020 on loan from Sporting de Braga at the age of 19, after becoming one of the key players of the new UD Almería rebuilt by President and owner Turki Alalshikh. The Sporting director and his team has decided to activate his release clause to retain the player. The great charisma and character of Samú Costa will continue to be shown on the pitch for a few more years.
