Sadiq and Ramazani… Ramazani and Sadiq are definitely leading UD Almería's attack this season as they have scored four stunning goals in the three LaLiga Santander games that have been played so far. The duo scored a goal each against Sevilla FC last Saturday night; the Belgian grabbed the equaliser before heading into half-time whereas the international Nigerian made it 2-1 a few minutes into the second period.
Working the channels, making runs in behind and cutting in to their stronger foot... the two players are on fire! On the last two Matchdays, tekker Ramazani grabbed an early opener against Real Madrid CF (1-0) while Sadiq opened the scoring in Elche (0-1). The two of them are taking a leading role within the squad, but they are not the only players who are shinning given the solid squad that head coach Rubi has managed to form. In fact, against Real Madrid CF, Eguaras provided Ramazani with a super assist, while Argentinian midfielder Robertone put it on a plate for team-mate Sadiq, specialist hitting the target, against Sevilla FC, following César de la Hoz's excellent through pass. A great corner-kick taken in Elche ended with the Nigerian striker's thumping header.
