The head coach highlights the personality shown by his players against Malaga CF to be able to overcome adversity
‘We have to place great value to tonight’s victory,’ stated UD Almería head coach Rubi after the home game in which the Rojiblancos beat Málaga CF 2-0 while detailing the reasons for his appreciation: ‘firstly, because we’ve played against a great team who had not lost yet and because we’ve overcome the psychological burden on last week's defeat.’
The Catalan gaffer expressed his humble opinion that the match was ‘tough and complicated,’ especially after the Indálicos were down to 10 men. It was for this reason that the head coach praised ‘the personality of the players,’ capable, in his opinion, of ‘plucking up courage in the face of adversity.’
