Cristiano Ronaldo has proudly posed with the UD Almería jersey presented to him by Club President Mohamed Al Khereiji, featuring the message 'Uno de nosotros' ('One of us') a symbol of the Portuguese icon's strong commitment to the Club, where he is a 25% shareholder.

Al Khereiji and Ronaldo share a close friendship and the two met in Portugal on Tuesday during UD Almería's pre-season friendly against Al Nassr FC.

As previously reported, Ronaldo attended the match between two clubs that play an important role in his football journey. He is the leading figure at Al Nassr FC and as a 25% shareholder of UD Almería continues to provide strong institutional support to the Spanish Club.

The friendly was played at the Portuguese Football Federation's City of Football in Oeiras and was attended by invited guests and representatives from both clubs. Ahead of kick-off, Ronaldo and Mohamed Al Khereiji spent time together in conversation.

The presence of the 5-time Ballon d'Or winner generated tremendous excitement among those in attendance, despite access to the venue being restricted. Ronaldo followed the match closely, showing his continued involvement with both clubs that are now part of his football career.

Also in attendance was Luis Suárez, the former UD Almería striker who now plays in Portugal. The Colombian took the opportunity to reunite with several of his former team-mates and also met with the Club's CEO Mohamed El Assy.

The friendly once again highlighted the strong relationship between Al Nassr FC and UD Almería, two clubs now further connected through Cristiano Ronaldo. Even during the off-season, the Portuguese legend demonstrated his commitment by supporting both projects and keeping a close eye on their progress.

This was the 4th friendly meeting between the two clubs. The first took place in Riyadh during the domestic league break for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, followed by two matches in Almería after Ronaldo joined the Saudi giants before this latest encounter in Portugal.
