Racists, out of football!

UD Almería joined the campaign against racism promoted by the Spain Sports Council (CSD), the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF )and LaLiga. 

 

Although the Rojiblancos Club had already launched messages to stand up to racism in all the previous matches, before, during and at half-time of this Sunday’s match, there were different messages displayed over the public address system, on the scoreboards and on pitch-side advertising boards, in addition to handing out leaflets to the fans. 

 

Moreover, the captains wore campaign team armbands. The UD Almeria and Real Valladolid CF starting XIs along with the refereeing team held a ‘racists, out of football’ banner before the kick-off.
