Rachad is now fully recovered and available again
The UDA forward has been on the treatment table for approximately 3 months due to surgery for a torn external meniscus in his right knee. Rubi regains a new asset for the attack
UD Almería 'B' forward Rachad was given the all-clear after training this Saturday and is available for selection again, as announced by head coach Rubi in the press conference prior to Monday's match against Racing Club Ferrol at the UD Almería Stadium.
The Spanish-Moroccan forward has been on the treatment table for approximately 3 months. In early January, he got injured during training; he suffered a torn external meniscus in his right knee, an injury that required surgery. He was operated on on 16 January by Dr Claudio Vázquez at Vithas Almería Hospital.
Last Tuesday, 22 April, Rachad began training with the group, and since his progress has been positive over the past few days, the Club's medical services and coaching staff have decided that the player will be given the all-clear and will be available to play again, although he obviously lacks competitive fitness.
