Ramazani: I want to show that I'm a Primera Division player

The UD Almería attacker-left winger is ambitious at the start of the 2023/24 season and highlights that he would like to become a UD Almería legend

Largie Ramazani has visited the UDA Radio studios to share his thoughts about the collective and individual objectives in the 2023/24 season that has just kicked off. The Belgian footballer has not hesitated to point out: 'I want to help the team and show that I'm a Primera Division player.' At the moment, he is proving it since he's one of the standout performers in the team led by head coach Vicente Moreno.

'I feel good, happy and confident,' said Ramazani, before adding: 'It's true that we haven't started the league on the right foot, but we've done many things well. There are details to correct and we're working on it. We aren't worried because there are a lot of games left, we're a good squad and we're going to show our true level of game soon.'

As we reported, the Belgian attacker is having a brilliant start to the championship, although as he pointed out: 'I have the capacity to do better.' This season, he is operating with greater freedom and although he is characterised by his fluidity, he feels more confident in the centre. When asked in which position he feels most comfortable, he responded: 'I don't have any preferred position. What I want is to play and help the team as much as possible.'

The Berchem-Sainte-Agathe native is ambitious and is convinced that UD Almería are going to have a good season since he insisted on the quality and potential of the Rojiblancos. Even personally, he was questioned if he dared to give a number of goals to score, and after reflecting for a few seconds, he stated: 'Ten… or even more.'

Ramazani continues to have a close relationship with former team-mate Sadiq and revealed: 'We talk a lot before games, he calls me or sends me a message to wish me luck, to keep a cool head and to play my football.'

On the other hand, the No.7 did not hesitate to stress: 'I'd like to become a UD Almería legend...' and he is already laying the foundation for it.
