Premium sportswear brand Castore to kit out UD Almería

The partnership will see Castore become the Club’s official kit and retail partner from the 2022/23 season.

Premium sportswear brand Castore and UD Almería announce their new sponsorship agreement whereby the English brand becomes the official sponsor of the team's home, away and third kits as well as training wear, in addition to being in charge of managing the stores, both physical and online. The long-term agreement begins this 2022/23 season.

Since Castore was founded in 2015, their quality sportswear for athletes has been made available anywhere in the world. Indeed, the company has grown from a sportswear retailer to one of the world's largest kit providers, as well as an established e-commerce brand, further supported by their brick-and-mortar store sales across the UK.

Castore Director of Sponsorships Pascal Lafitte has stated ‘UD Almería's quest for constant improvement and dedication to reach the top perfectly reflects the ethos of Castore 'Better Never Stops'. We’re incredibly excited about their return to the Spanish top division.’

Meanwhile, UD Almeria Managing director and CEO Mohamed El Assy stressed ‘we loved the idea of teaming up with Castore from the first moment. We’re two young and ambitious companies that are working hard to reach the top. We hope that we can achieve our goals together.’

The sponsorship is an exciting step forward for both Castore and UD Almería, since both continue to insist on becoming leaders in their fields, who perform according to the English brand’s ethos, which is to build upon the philosophy of ‘Better Never Stops.’ UD Almería now join the list of partners of their new sponsor along with teams such as Newcastle United, Aston Villa FC, Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Sevilla FC, England Cricket and McLaren F1.
