Pre-activation workout is in order on Thursday morning, the day of the UD Almeria vs CD Tenerife fixture at Juegos Mediterráneos (kick-off time 9:30 p.m. CET) corresponding to LaLiga SmartBank Matchday 14. The players will exercise at the Anexo training ground in the morning and later, they will head back home since, as it has been happening for a while now during the championship, the squad will not get together in the arvo before the game kick-off. In point of fact, the players are meeting at 8:00 p.m. (Spain time) at the Mediterraneo; José Gomes will not announce the squad list until that moment.
There will be a total of four absentees: Crocked players Peybernes and João Carvalho, who are now nearing the end of their recovery rehab; Balliu and Samú Costa, coincidentally, were awarded the 5th yellow card of the season in Albacete.
