Around 800 travelling UD Almería fans made their presence felt at La Rosaleda

UD Almería head coach Rubi thanked and praised the unwavering support of the fans who travelled to Málaga city to show their backing

Around 800 UD Almería travelling fans gathered this Sunday at the La Rosaleda stadium to cheer on the Rojiblancos in the match against Málaga CF. It is a figure similar to the one that was also recorded recently in Cartagena. The supporters did not stop supporting the team and their voices were heard wide and clear in the stands, even though there was an influx of 25,000 spectators.

As soon as the UD Almería squad left the hotel, the players felt the unrivaled support of their fans, who gave a great welcome to their team in the surroundings of La Rosaleda. Up to eight buses of fans travelled to Málaga.

Although the Malacitanos took the lead in the 11th minute and UD Almería did not rescue the last-gasp point, the excited fans did not give up at any time and the players noticed that. At the end of the match, Rubi praised and thanked them for this support during the press conference.
