
Petrovic and Vada named again in the squad list ahead of third post-Covid-19 away game
The Rojiblancos took part in their last training session before Saturday’s away game. The players will be flying charter to Zaragoza
Radosav Petrovic and Valentín Vada have been called up by the head coach to Saturday’s away game against Real Zaragoza. The fixture is taking place at 7,30 p.m. at La Romareda corresponding to matchday 34 of the SmartBank League. This will be the third meeting since the championship resumed last week. The Serbian midfielder returns to action after serving one match ban, while the Argentinian player is now recovered from the ankle sprain he suffered Albacete last Sunday.
On the contrary, Kaptoum, who got injured in the match against UD Las Palmas last Wednesday, as well as Lazo, with muscle pain since the match at Carlos Belmonte, have not been included in the squad list.
The Rojiblancos participated in a final training session on Friday afternoon at Juegos Mediterráneos, in which they specifically prepared the game against runners-up Real Zaragoza. They previously had a video training session. The club's CEO, Mohamed El Assy, was present during the working day. The club’s general manager not only encouraged the squad but also strongly supported the players before the crunch game in La Romareda.
