Serge Patrick Njoh Soko was born on 31 October, 1997, in the Cameroon-based city of Douala, where he began his footballing career and success with Les Astres FC, a club whose representative team he played for. At a very young age (19) he swapped his homeland for America, first to the Dominican Republic and then to Mexico, where he spent 3 years playing for Atlas, Atlante, and Mineros Zacatecas.
