The UD Almería Portuguese midfielder suffers grade II tear in left leg
UD Almería confirm midfielder Gui Guedes will be unavailable for upcoming matches due to an injury sustained last week. Medical scans revealed that the Portuguese player has suffered a tear in the long adductor of his left leg, classified as a grade II injury by the Club's medical team.
The affected area in Guedes’ left adductor is myofascial, at the junction between the muscle and fascia. The injury occurred prior to the match against Real Zaragoza and the player has already been undergoing recovery within the Club’s standard rehabilitation process.
His return date remains uncertain, as it will depend on how the injury progresses.
