The Spanish U17s women's team played a friendly match against France U17 in Las Rozas and UD Almería Women player Carla Aguilar, although she did not start, put in an outstanding performance, providing the goal assist for Spain's sole goal against the French team.
The Rojiblanca came on in the second half when the Spanish team were trailing 0-1 and helped the team enormously in the attacking third. She entered the pitch with burning enthusiasm and great strength, motivating her team-mates to try to stage a comeback and was able to help them by producing a great assist that would end in the 1-1 score. Then, in the 90'+1 minute, the French broke the deadlock by converting from 12 yards.
