Double-header week against CD Eldense and FC Andorra

UD Almería are set for another intense week, balancing both the Spanish Cup and LaLiga Hypermotion fixtures, with two away games on the horizon

On Wednesday at 8pm, the Rojiblancos will travel to Elda to face CD Eldense in a single-leg tie of the Spanish Cup at the Pepico Amat Stadium, with a place in the Round of 32 up for grabs. The squad will have Sunday off, with training sessions on Monday and Tuesday focused on the upcoming Cup clash against the Alicante-based side, who were also UD Almería’s league rivals last season. CD Eldense currently play in Group II of the third-tier Primera RFEF.

The team will depart for Elda on Wednesday, the day of the match and return in the early hours of Thursday morning. After a brief recovery period, they will resume training on Thursday, shifting focus to Saturday's LaLiga Hypermotion encounter against FC Andorra at 2pm (Matchday 17).

To prepare for this, UD Almería will hold two additional training sessions, one on Thursday and another on Friday, before setting off on their journey to Andorra. The team will fly to Lleida by private charter and then continue by coach to their final destination.
