UD Almería will go all out to beat Betis and start December with first win of season

UD Almería will be hosting Real Betis Balompié at 4:15pm local time this Sunday at the Power Horse Stadium as they have a new opportunity to try to achieve the first victory of the season in LaLiga EA Sports once and for all. The clock is ticking, but the Rojiblancos are still on target in their survival bid given the fact that other direct rivals are not winning either, at least so far.

Mr Garitano's side are up against it and will go all out in order to prove the improvement they have shown in the last few fixtures. They will also make an effort to avoid making those specific mistakes that are so common penalising to be able to score points.

UD Almería held a final training session, behind closed doors, on the same stage as the league meeting is taking place this Sunday, the Power Horse Stadium, where Gaizka Garitano has put an end to a busy week and demanding training sessions in which they have been preparing the game plan looking to outplay Andalusian in-form opponents who are on a nine-game unbeaten run.

This campaign, Real Betis, who are looking to qualify for European competition, have recorded four draws as visitors, have suffered two defeats and at the start of the season, have notched up the only away victory in Villarreal. 

UD Almería and Real Betis Balompié have locked horns four times at the Power Horse Stadium so far. The Indálicos beat them twice, shared the spoils with them once and last season, the Verdiblancos won 2-3. 

Long-term crocked first-teamers Luis Suárez, Koné, Marc Pubill as well as 'B' team youngsters Marezi and Šviderský, who are joining the senior squad in training are ruled out of Sunday's fixture.

UD Almería have completed the last football practice this Saturday afternoon before a team get-together waiting to face the Béticos in 24 hours.
