Next up: Lugo, followed by Girona and Alcorcón

The league schedule is no longer busy for Almería. There will be even up to 8 days between some fixtures

After a hectic week with three league games against Las Palmas, Leganés and Mallorca, the league schedule is no longer busy for UD Almería. The Rojiblancos have been immersed in a really intense and demanding stage of the competition due to postponed matches and mid-week Copa del Rey ties. In fact, the Indalicos will have up to eight days between some of the fixtures that have been confirmed by LaLiga recently.

The date and kick-off time of the next three games have been already confirmed. After the meeting in Mallorca, Almería will be hosting mid-table Lugo next Saturday, 27 February (kick-off 6.15 p.m. CET) at the Juegos Mediterraneos Stadium. The Galicians will have six days to train between games.

The Rojiblancos will not compete again until Sunday, 7 March, when they pay a visit to Girona at the Montilivi Stadium. The clash has been set for 9 p.m. (Spain Time). Jose Gomes’ men will have another eight days in-between until the next away official game against Alcorcón. The Alfareros are embroiled in a relegation battle at the moment. The match is going to be played on Monday, 15 March (kick-off 7:00 p.m. CET).
