Next destination: Madrid…after tactical skill-killer drills behind closed doors
The Rojiblancos only have one more footie practice to get ready for the match against Rayo Vallecano
This time around, Almería get back on the plane to travel to Madrid, where on Sunday, at 4 p.m. CET, they will be taking on Rayo Vallecano; a match that takes place in less than 72 hours after playing last Thursday in Sabadell, Catalonia. The Rojiblancos will be flying charter this Saturday, at 5:30 p.m. to the capital city of Spain, Madrid.
Before that, the players will tactically prepare themselves for the next game in a training sesh with full focus on their Madrid-based team adversaries Rayo Vallecano, since Friday was more of a recovery day. Those players who did not jump on the pitch in Sabadell or got fewer minutes at Nova Creu Alta exercised on the Anexo training ground.
This Saturday, with everyone ready in the squad, Almería will be practising tactical drills, set-pieces and working on strategy, aiming to beat Rayo Vallecano, who are in an excellent home form as they won every game on home turf. The football practice will be held behind closed doors. Almeria will be getting on a plane at 5,30 p.m. (Spain Time) heading to Madrid.
