<p><strong>UD Almería</strong> and <strong>Córdoba CF </strong>have reached an agreement for <strong>Nelson Monte</strong> to <strong>join the Andalusian club on loan until the end of the season.</strong></p>
<p>The Portuguese centre-back arrived at  UD Almería last season from Málaga CF and was one of the <strong>team’s captains during the 2025/26 campaign.</strong></p>
<p>Nelson played a prominent role during this <strong>second spell </strong>with the Rojiblancos, making <strong>36 appearances</strong> and <strong>starting 28 matches</strong>. From March onwards, his role on the pitch became more limited, although his presence and influence in the dressing room remained significant and always in the interests of the team.</p>
