More than two hours of intense training

Almería train behind closed doors at Juegos Mediterráneos, where they will do so again on Saturday. This Friday, practice at the Anexo

Almería continue with their preparations for Sunday’s game (Matchday 28/ Kick-off 9:00 p.m. CET) against Girona FC at the Montilivi Stadium. The squad have exercised behind closed doors at the Juegos Mediterranos Stadium this Thursday morning.

The training session has been really intense since it lasted for more than 120 minutes. The Rojiblancos have been practising tactical drills and also focusing on strategy. Jose Gomes talked and talked to pump his team up before heading out onto the pitch in Gerona this Sunday, 7 March.

Almería return to behind closed doors training on Saturday, which will be the last working day of the week before facing a new league challenge, while this Friday, the instructions will be given by the head coach at the Anexo training ground.

Iván Balliu will not be in the frame as the co-captain will be serving a one-game ban.
