The Club President was in Santander supporting the players and coaching staff and attended the top-of-the-table clash against Racing Santander at El Sardinero stadium
Mohamed Al Khereiji, president of UD Almería, travelled to Santander to support the team in their crucial clash against Racing de Santander in the battle for promotion to the top flight of Spanish football. With LaLiga Hypermotion entering its decisive stage, the Club’s chairman is set to remain close to the squad and coaching staff and might attend upcoming fixtures as well.
UD Almería arrived in the Cantabria capital on a charter flight at midday on Sunday. Later in the afternoon, Al Khereiji followed on a separate flight, joining the team delegation at their hotel, where he met with managing director Mohamed El Assy and other Club officials including Ibrahim Ewis, Joao Gonzalves and Salva Sevilla.
On Matchday, the UD Almería President visited the dressing room area, offering encouragement to each player as they prepared to step onto the pitch. He watched the game from the directors’ box and also took time to learn more about the stadium facilities.
After the final whistle, Al Khereiji accompanied by Mohamed El Assy—returned to the dressing room to speak with players and coaching staff, sharing thoughts on the match and offering his support following the defeat against Racing Santander.
