Al Khereiji closely tracking his team's progress

Club President attends wins over Málaga CF and Granada CF while continuing key off-pitch engagements

Mohamed Al Khereiji, President and owner of UD Almería, is keeping a close eye on his team and the Club as a whole, something he has done consistently since acquiring the majority shareholding just under a year ago.

This Sunday, the Saudi executive was at the Nuevo Los Cármenes Stadium to watch UD Almería secure their second consecutive victory, this time away to Granada CF. He had also been present in the directors’ box at the UD Almería Stadium for the recent derby against Málaga CF.

Between those two fixtures, Al Khereiji attended 'The Forum' in Madrid, a gathering of global sports leaders focused on key issues shaping the football industry beyond the pitch. Alongside this, he has continued holding a series of work meetings linked to the Club’s ongoing development.

These have not been his only visits to Spain this season. He was also with the team in Santander and previously chaired a board meeting at the UD Almería Stadium, in addition to attending several other matches.

Al Khereiji’s presence underlines his hands-on approach and strong commitment to the Club’s sporting and institutional growth.
