UDA Academy youngest talents start weekend with triumphs

The two under-10s teams and the under-8s 'B' won their matches. UDA U19s 'A' host Sporting Atlético de Ceuta on Sunday (KO 3:30pm) at the Francisco Pomedio in Huércal de Almería

The UD Almería Academy youth teams have already started with the first matches played on Friday. The two under-10s 'A' and 'B' groups beat La Cañada 6-4 and CD Vícar Cultural, respectively. UDA U8s 'B' shone 0-9 against CD TAE, while UDA U8s 'A' play at 10am this Saturday against AD Polideportivo Aguadulce on the Los Pinos de El Alquián pitch.

The UD Almería U12s, who like the previous teams take first place in their corresponding competitions, also perform this Saturday. The Group 'A' host Málaga CF at Los Pinos (KO 11:30am), and Group 'B' visit CD Almería at Constantino Cortés (KO 9:30 am).

UDA U14s will also compete this Saturday. While the Group 'A' take on Nervión at Los Pinos (KO 1:15pm), Group 'B' travel to Jaén (KO 6pm).

As for the under-16s, Group 'A' complete the intense match week on the Los Pinos pitch in El Alquián neighborhood, facing CD Utreras this Saturday at 3:45pm, while Group 'B' visit Torreperogil on Sunday at 12 noon.

In addition, UD Almería U19 'A' return home, to the Francisco Pomedio pitch in Huércal de Almería as the lads play hosts to Ceuta-based side Sporting Atlético. The appointment takes place on Sunday at 3:30pm. The youthful Rojiblancos have just won in San Fernando and are enjoying a five-week unbeaten run as they have added 11 of the 15 points at stake. The team led by head coach Rafilla is just one step away from qualifying for the Spanish Cup U19, but in addition to having tough rivals, both youth sides share the same objective.

Last but not least, UD Almería U19s 'B' also play on home soil in Huércal de Almería, but they will do so on Saturday at 6pm against CD Maavi.
