UD Almería Academy youth teams set for league action this weekend
The UD Almería U19s 'A' and 'B' face important fixtures as they aim to maintain strong positions in their respective leagues
The UD Almería Academy youth teams are gearing up for another round of league action this weekend, with both under-19 squads aiming for vital points. The U19s 'A' will travel to Melilla on Saturday at 1pm, determined to secure a win and move away from the danger zone in the standings. Despite Melilla's position in the relegation zone, Almería's products are just one point ahead, highlighting the close nature of the competition.
Meanwhile, the U19s 'B' will host Rusadir on Friday at 9pm at the Comarca de Níjar pitch in Campohermoso. With their eyes on the top spot, the 'B' team will look to extend their good form, currently sitting second just one point behind leaders Marbella. Their opponents, Rusadir, are yet to collect a point this season, sitting at the bottom of the table.
