Internationals rejoin UD Almería training
Bruno, Dzôdić and Perović have returned from international duty with their respective national teams. Soko did it earlier. UD Almería continue preparations for Saturday's match against CD Leganés
The UD Almería internationals have rejoined the squad: Bruno Iribarne (Spain U21), Dzôdić (Serbia U21) and Perović (Montenegro) trained with their team-mates this Thursday, while Soko (Cameroon) played in the match against Cádiz CF, having returned early due to his country's elimination from the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
UD Almería continue preparations for Saturday's match against CD Leganés at the Ontime Butarque Stadium kicking off at 6:30pm. It will be a demanding and complicated encounter against a former LaLiga EA Sports side looking to return to the top flight. CD Leganés, irregular so far, are nevertheless just 3 points away from the play-off places. After their win in Ceuta, they now aim to grab 3 points at home and confirm their resurgence.
Currently, CD Leganés have the second-worst home record, but UD Almería are not taking these statistics lightly. UD Almería are avoiding any complacency determined to extend their impressive unbeaten run. This Friday, a final training session will be delivered behind closed doors in the morning and in the afternoon, the squad will travel to Madrid on a charter flight.
