Supporters have until 15 July to request a bank refund for credit earned through their seat release or to spend it in the Fan Zone. Any remaining balance will not carry over to the 2026/27 season
UD Almería season-ticket holders can now claim the balance currently available on their Cashless card. During the 2025/26 season, the card was used to accumulate credit earned through the Club's seat release scheme for selected matches, as well as to make purchases in the Fan Zone and at the Stadium bars.
Supporters can request a refund directly to their bank account by following the instructions at reembolsoaqui.com.br/udalmeria
The deadline to submit a refund request is Wednesday, 15 July. Refunds will then be processed between 15 July and 15 August.
Please note that any remaining Cashless balance cannot be carried over to the 2026/27 season and cannot be used to obtain discounts during the season ticket renewal campaign.
