Fans to decide new UD Almería mascot's name
Supporters can submit their suggestions until 30 April via the official website
UD Almería have launched an exciting initiative that gives season-ticket holders the chance to name the Club’s new mascot, which will soon replace the lion Rozam. The character has already been designed and now the Club is inviting fans to choose its name.
Supporters who wish to take part can visit the official platform (mascota.udalmeria.org) and follow the steps provided to submit their suggestions. Entries will be accepted until 30 April.
After the submission period closes, the Club will shortlist the 4 best names. Season-ticket holders will then have the opportunity to vote again and decide the final name through an official poll.
Fans whose suggestions make it into the final 4 will receive an exclusive merchandise pack featuring the new mascot. Details of the design remain under wraps for now, with only a teaser silhouette revealed sofar.
