Lopy returns as UD Almería’s big boost
The Senegalese midfielder back from suspension. Chirino, Baba and Melamed miss trip to Granada
Dion Lopy is the standout inclusion in UD Almería’s squad for their upcoming clash against Granada CF this Sunday at 4:15pm at the Nuevo Los Cármenes stadium on Matchday 37.
The Senegalese midfielder is back available after serving his suspension following a straight red card in Santander. However, he returns carrying 9 yellow cards, meaning he is just one booking away from another suspension.
On the other hand, UD Almería will be without full-back Chirino, who is serving a 2-match ban after his red card against Málaga CF, as well as Baba and Nico Melamed, both still recovering from muscle injuries.
The squad completed a final closed-door training session at the UD Almería Stadium before traveling by road to Granada at 4:30pm.
