Lopy, Bruno Langa, and Perovic called up for international duty

The Rojiblanco midfielder will join up with Senegal and the winger with Montenegro U19, in addition to the full-back called up by Mozambique. All three will travel after the match against Real Zaragoza and will miss the game against Burgos CF

The 'FIFA virus' is once again affecting UD Almería, who will be missing several of its players while the team continue to compete in LaLiga Hypermotion, something that does not happen in the top tier of Spanish football, which takes a break from the competition when there is an international break.

Bruno Langa is joining up with his national team Mozambique, Dion Lopy with Senegal and Perovic with Montenegro U19. All three will travel after the test against Real Zaragoza and will not return until the week of the home game against Levante UD, so they will miss the match in Burgos.

The midfielder returns to the Senegalese national team to play two qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Senegal will play Sudan in Libya on 22 March and Togo on 25 March. Lopy's team are second in the Group B with 8 points, two behind leaders Sudan. The winners of each African group will advance directly to the World Cup, while the runners-up could qualify through a play-off.

Bruno Langa will play two other World Cup qualifiers with Mozambique. They will host Uganda on Thursday, 20 March and then visit Algeria on Tuesday, 25 March. The Mozambicans are in Group G and share first place with the Algerians.

As for Perovic, a UDA 'B' team player, although currently in the first team, he will play 3 qualifying matches with Montenegro for the U19 European Championship, against Slovakia on 19 March, Poland on 22 March and Georgia on 25 March.
