UD Almería face grueling September schedule

Five high-stakes clashes await the Rojiblancos, including trips to Las Palmas and La Coruña and home showdowns with Sporting Gijón and Real Zaragoza

UD Almería now have clarity on their upcoming fixtures, with LaLiga finally releasing the official dates and kick-off times for Matchdays 5 through 9. The schedule reveals a demanding run of games throughout September and into early October, all set for Saturdays and featuring some of the most historic clubs in Spanish football.

The Rojiblancos kick off this challenging stretch with a trip to the José Zorrilla Stadium to face Real Valladolid CF on Saturday, 13 September at 9pm (Spanish time). Pucela, like UD Almería, are fresh from relegation and hungry to bounce back, making for a high-pressure encounter early in the campaign.

A week later, on 20 September, UD Almería return to their Stadium to host Sporting de Gijón in another 9pm kick-off. Both sides have started the season brightly, setting up a key early-season clash between promotion contenders.

The intensity ramps up with back-to-back away fixtures: first against UD Las Palmas on 27 September (KO 9pm) at the Estadio de Gran Canaria, followed by a visit to the Riazor to take on Deportivo de La Coruña on 4 October (KO 4:15pm).

The fifth and final confirmed fixture sees UD Almería return home to face Real Zaragoza on Saturday, 11 October at 6:30pm (Spanish Time), in a symbolic match on the eve of Spain’s national holiday, Nuestra Señora del Pilar.

With no easy fixtures in sight, UD Almería’s resilience and depth will be tested throughout a pivotal month in the LaLiga Hypermotion campaign.
