Lazo and Fran Villalba get injured in the last training and will be out of action

José María Gutiérrez takes 19 players to Cádiz. Francis, Iván Martos and Enzo were called up to the match again.

Nineteen players were named in the squad list for the game that the rojiblancos will play this Saturday (6.15 p.m.) against Cádiz CF at Ramón de Carranza corresponding to matchday 30 of the SmartBank League. 

José María Gutiérrez experienced an unexpected setback. Lazo and Fran Villalba dropped out of the next game because they got injured in the last training. The last practice was held behind closed doors at the Juegos Mediterraneos. The first one has some muscular discomfort and the second one is suffering from knee pain. Both are awaiting medical tests. In this way, there are five players who will miss the meeting in Cádiz due to injury, including Petrovic, Coric and Juan Ibiza. In addition, Ozornwafor got left out of the squad by tactical decision. 

On the contrary, Iván Martos -after serving a match suspension-, Francis Guerrero, fully recovered from his injury and Enzo will be in contention for the clash. 

Almeria completed a final training and the squad will catch a regular flight to Seville at 7.30 p.m. and then continue to Cádiz by road. 

The players who have been called up by José María Gutiérrez are the following: Goalkeepers: Sivera (1) and Fernando (13). 

Defenders: Francis (2), Romera (4), Balliu (20), Maras (18), David Costas (24), Iván Martos (3) and Jonathan Silva (12). 

Midfielders: Aguza (5), César de la Hoz (6), Kaptoum (14), Vada (23), Enzo (7), Corpas (17) and Appiah (31). 

Forwards: Juan Muñoz (11), Darwin Núñez (21) and Barbero (36).
