Last effort before grand final for promotion

UD Almería 'B' are back to training after being off last Tuesday. The UDA Academy prospects have the match that will decide which team will move up to the Segunda RFEF on the horizon

UD Almería 'B' are back to training after enjoying a day off last Tuesday with their minds set on the crucial final they will play against CD Toledo at 7pm on Sunday. The UDA Academy Rojiblancos performed a one-hour session at high intensity in which they practised various tactics, set-pieces and an almost full-pitch match.

This training session has been essential for Alberto Lasarte and his coaching staff to gear up for the final details of the team ahead of the important weekend encounter. The atmosphere in training has seen maximum concentration with all the players giving their all to ensure their best performance in the final.

Lasarte has insisted on the importance of tactics and precision in the set-pieces, aware that every detail can be decisive in a match of such competitiveness. The 'B' squad members know that they have a unique opportunity to prove their worth and achieve the season's goal, which adds extra motivation and commitment to each session that is being delivered.

The promotion-chasing Indálicos began the pre-season in July and with this promotion play-off, they are reaching the end of June, almost a year, 220 sessions in total, which are now ending. The penultimate training session will be conducted this Thursday and the last on Friday. Saturday, trip to Toledo and Sunday, the grand final in the Castilla La Mancha city.
