Last but not least…goalie Makaridze is back in town after international spell

The Georgian goalkeeper trained normally. On Sunday, the last behind closed doors footie practice with all the internationals back into the fold

With the arrival of keeper Makaridze, all the internationals are back in town and therefore, head coach José Gomes will be able to count on all three, since Jorge Cuenca and Nikola Maraš arrived previously. Both the Georgian goalkeeper and the Serbian centre-back had to make long journeys, but as they did not play on Wednesday, they showed up well-rested. As for the Spaniard Under-21 international, he did not play in the second dead rubber match for Spain either.

On the contrary, Peybernes and João Carvalho, featured for the Rojiblancos outside the group and have been ruled out for Albacete battling back muscle injuries, as José Gomes announced last Friday. With the so many encounters around the corner, it is best to recover them once they have completed properly their recovery rehabs.

Almería are putting the final touches to their training ahead of the appointment at Carlos Belmonte. On Sunday, a final training sesh have been scheduled before facing the league fixture. The Rojiblancos will exercise behind closed doors at the Anexo training ground, while they will head to Albacete on a charter flight on Monday morning.
