UD Almería thank De la Hoz and Portillo for their professionalism and commitment
Both footballers were standout players in the team's promotion to the top flight. Their contracts are up on Friday, 30th June and they will not continue in the Club
The contracts of central midfielder and co-captain César de la Hoz, who joined UD Almería in 2018, and Francisco Portillo, who arrived in 2021, expire on Friday, 30th June and therefore, they will become free agents.
UD Almería would like to express their most sincere gratitude to the two footballers for their enormous contribution to the team over the past seasons in which not only they earned promotion and but also secured their LaLiga Santander status. It has been real luck to count on their talent and skills on the pitch.
The Club wishes them well in their future careers as both César De la Hoz and Francisco Portillo have created unforgettable memories at UD Almeria.
