Away strip pays tribute to Almería's craftsmanship

The away kit designed by Macron features a pattern inspired by Almería pottery plates

UD Almería's away kit, produced by Macron for the 2025/26 season, pays tribute to a centuries-old tradition in Almería craftsmanship: ceramic plates created from clay.

The Bologna-based company, in coordination with the Club's marketing team, designed a kit with an unmistakable pattern inspired by this pottery art. For this reason, the commercial and photographs were shot both in the streets of Níjar and at the Ángel y Loli Pottery Shop located in the village.

The kit pays special attention to detail. With different shades of blue taking centre stage in the main pattern, where yellow also plays a prominent role. It is accompanied by navy blue sleeves, which also feature a latticework inspired by ceramic pottery. These sleeves are adorned with a light blue and yellow trim, just like the collar of the jersey.

The Italian brand's logo is printed on the chest in navy blue, while the UD Almería crest is positioned in a blue version, in keeping with the kit's style, on the left side. The inside of the collar is personalised with the Club's colours, the logos of the brand and the Club and the phrase 'Designed in Bologna,' which underscores that each piece is conceived, designed, and produced at the Macron Campus.

The shirt has a slim fit and is made from Eco Softlock, a fabric specially designed for matchgear, which stands out for its lightness, softness and durability. The Eco Baimi back panel and the Eco Mesh inserts guarantee optimal breathability and performance for the players on the pitch.

The away kit for the 2025/26 season is completed with light blue shorts with navy blue side stripes, as well as light blue socks.

The UD Almería kit also conveys a message of sustainability and environmental responsibility, as, like all of Macron's creations, it is made entirely from 100% recycled polyester, sourced from plastic waste.
