UD Almería are still on a 14-game winless run since the beginning of the campaign, in which they have only recorded three draws. Despite the stats, they are 6 points away from guaranteeing league safety. At the moment, RCD Mallorca are safe just above the relegation zone with 9 points. The Mallorquines and Granada CF also lost their respective matches against Atlético de Madrid and Deportivo Alavés, respectively, while Celta de Vigo shared the spoils in Valencia. 

UD Almería are the bottom team with three points; Granada CF are the second bottom on 7 points; and Galician team Celta de Vigo are the third bottom with 8 points. 

As mentioned above, RCD Mallorca are safe with 9 points. Ahead, Cádiz CF, who will be taking on Real Madrid have recorded 10 points so far. Gaditanos and Mallorcans have one game in hand that will be played next Wednesday. 

UD Almería's situation looks complicated, very complicated, although the team is still alive because the gap is not too wide yet, far from it, however winning is urgent so as not to get stuck in the table as before. In Getafe, the Rojiblancos had a great opportunity to have fully immersed themselves in the fight to avoid relegation and stay up in the top flight, but they were defeated yet again in the end.
