UD Almería travelling squad fly back home after Santander league opener

The Rojiblancos will have a break this Monday before beginning to prepare for their second consecutive trip to Tenerife, where they will play on Saturday

The UD Almería travelling squad return from Santander after the league opener played against Racing de Santander at the Campos de Sport de El Sardinero Stadium. After this flight to North Spain, the team is now switching attention to the second consecutive trip of the 2024/25 season. CD Tenerife host the Rojiblancos on Saturday for a 9:30pm kick-off. 
 
First, a short break because this Monday the squad will take their ease to focus on the Tenerife fixture from Tuesday and how to defeat them to achieve a positive result. 
 
UD Almería will be training on the Anexo pitch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday morning, the players will do it in the Stadium before flying charter to Tenerife in the afternoon. 
 
Due to the kick-off time of the second fixture of the campaign, the UD Almería travelling squad will not be able to catch a flight after it, so they will have to do so on Sunday morning, performing an active recovery training session as soon as they touch down in Almería.
