UD Almería Academy close out another positive weekend
Eight victories and three defeats are the results of the Rojiblancos youth ranks
UD Almería Academy continues to improve weekend after weekend and on 7-8 October, it worth highlighting the arrival of the two new under-8s outfits as both obtained victories in their debuts in their respective competitions.
Continuing with the youngest players, both UD Almería U10 'A' and 'B' as well as the U12s 'B' celebrated three triumphs. On the other hand, the under-12s 'A' were edged out 3-2 to Deportivo Jaén while U14s 'A' were also defeated by Tiro Pichón. However, UD Almería U14 'B' beat Aguadulce 2-0.
As for the older homegrown players, UD Almería U19 'A' returned to winning ways after beating Calavera 4-2, an essential victory to get closer to those who occupy the top spots in the table. UD Almería U19 'B' also won their match against Oriente by 0-3.
The under-16s 'A' won their match against Granada in an electric match with goals galore, (5-3). UDA U16 'B' lost 3-1 to La Mosca.
