José Gomes: ‘We have given a clear sign of maturity at times’
The Lusitanian head coach highlights that the Almería footballers’ hard work merited all three points in Oviedo
Jose Gomes gave his take on the 1-2 away victory over Real Oviedo: ‘We have given a clear sign of maturity at times.’ UD Almería clinched their sixth consecutive LaLiga SmartBank victory. At the same time, he highlighted the great work of his players to outplay ‘tough opponents Oviedo.’ In point of fact, over the course of the encounter, he recalled some personal experiences in football when competing in other leagues: ‘It reminded me of the time I was in England: tough games, a very competitive team fighting for the first ball.’
