Day to recover and reflect after Levante UD match

UD Almería are back to training after being placed in LaLiga Hypermotion drop zone. The main focus is getting out of it on the next few Matchdays, although now the imminent objective is Burgos CF and getting back to winning ways. This Tuesday is a rest day before returning to training on Wednesday

UD Almería are back to training after the defeat suffered last Sunday to Levante UD with an active recovery session. The Rojiblancos have focused on recovering physically and getting out of this crisis that has led them to be in relegation positions. The fact of adding only two of the last fifteen points... is quite a disappointment.

This Tuesday will be a day off for the squad, and on Wednesday they will return to activity to prepare for the next match which will be held at 6:30pm on Saturday against Burgos CF at the UD Almería Stadium  located in the VIP zone.

The Indálicos are still looking for the first win of the season at home and, for now, to get out of the most dangerous area in the table. On Thursday and Friday the players will train behind closed doors in the stadium.

As is usual after a match, an active recovery session was delivered for those players who got the most match minutes in Valencia and somewhat more intense for the others, with the UD Almería 'B' regulars taking part in it.

Bruno Iribarne and Paco Sanz, who have returned to the first squad after playing with the UD Almería 'B' teams on Sunday, and Rachad, who performed in the final stretch of the last fixture against Levante UD. As for Marc Pubill, who was ruled out, he continues to nurse his injury and is awaiting the all clear.
