Jordi Escobar bids farewell to UD Almería after the mutual agreement reached so that the striker will no longer be a Rojiblanco, even though there was one year left on his contract.
The 21-year-old Catalan footballer joined UD Almería at the end of the 2020/21 season from the Mestalla, signing for four seasons. In that campaign, he was lined up in a couple of Copa del Rey ties. He played for the 'B' team as he did not clock any minutes with the senior team. In the following two seasons, he was loaned to Barcelona 'B' (2021/22) and Betis Deportivo (2022/23).
