Jessi and her team crowned Mundialito Beach Soccer 2023 champs

The UD Almería Women player has an impressive track record of winning with the national team: World Arena Games in 2019, Women's Intercontinental Cup runners-up in 2021, Gran Canaria 2022 World Cup Champion, European Champion in 2022, Champion III European games 2023 and European Champion in 2023

UD Almería celebrate the recent title achieved by Jessi with the Spanish Beach Soccer team. The Rojiblanca and her team were crowned Mundialito (World Cup) Beach soccer 2023 champs, which was held in Isla Canela, Ayamonte (Huelva). She put in outstanding displays throughout the tournament, scoring a goal in the final against Portugal to beat the Lusitanians 2-1. 'The match was very tough, we had already faced them and we knew each other well,' Jessi told UDA Radio. 

'Opening the score was really nice, when playing in Spain the atmosphere in the stands was incredible, it was extremely exciting, unique and unforgettable,' the UD Almería Women player explained with a big smile on her face.

With this World Cup title, Jessi continues to have an impressive track record of winning with the Spanish team and continues to bring joy at the Club. Jessi assured: 'You never get tired of winning, I always want more' and then added: 'It's easy to get there, but the difficult thing is to remain at the top.' 

The Spanish player's career honours to date are the following: World Arena Games in 2019, Women's Intercontinental Cup runners-up in 2021, World Cup Champion Gran Canaria 2022, European Champion in 2022, Champion III European Games 2023, European Champion in 2023 and Huelva Beach Soccer World Cup 2023.
