Javier Tebas recalls the refereeing decisions that UD Almería suffered at the Bernabéu

The president of LaLiga talks about the referee reports broadcast by Real Madrid TV and goes so far as to insinuate that one of those programmes influenced everything that happened in the match played by the Rojiblancos against the Blancos on Matchday 21

LaLiga President Javier Tebas has recall the refereeing ruling that UD Almería suffered in the match played against Real Madrid CF at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on 21st January (Matchday 21). 'The Real Madrid TV commentators said after the match against UD Almería that this is what we wanted, and this is what happened,' referring to the fact that a report in the eve of the match against the referee Hernández Hernández, who was responsible for the VAR, influenced his decisions that considerably negatively affected the Rojiblancos.

In fact, it was a national scandal to such an extent that several national media even said that the Technical Committee of Referees recognised the errors committed by Hernández Hernández, who conditioned the match referee as he was able to verify with the audios exchanged between the on-pitch ref and the VAR room.

Javier Tebas made these statements when asked about various issues in the presentation of the LaLiga project called 'Preparados'. Among the issues, they questioned the information that Real Madrid CF TV is following at the arbitration level, which has been the subject of a complaint.

It is a fact that UD Almería are breaking all the negative records of the competition this season, but the many factors that are influencing it must be taken into account.
