Weekend without defeats for UD Almería Academy
The UD Almería U19's 'A' recorded a comprehensive 3-0 victory against Málaga CF U19. There was only one draw out of the ten games played by the UD Almería youth sides
UD Almería Under-19s 'A' recorded a comprehensive 3-0 victory against Málaga CF U19 at the Francisco Pomedio stadium. As a result, the boys managed to climb up places in the table and beat direct rivals in the fight to re-enter the Copa del Rey U19. The UDA Academy youngsters are fourth in the standings, a position that gives them access to compete in the tournament and that they must maintain or improve over the three remaining Matchdays to finish the first half of the season if they want to take part in this exciting tournament that gave so much joy last season.
As for UD Almería U19s 'B', the lads had to settle for a goalless draw with Atarfe Industrial, although they advance in the table and are now fourth.
Both under-16s won their matches playing at home. The 'A' group faced 26 Febrero achieving a 2-1 victory, which places them in third position, while U16s 'B' did so against CD Estepona with a score of 4-1, also rising to third place.
Next, UDA U14s 'A' emerged victorious against Cádiz 2-1 to be 11th in the table and away from the relegation places, while under-12s 'A' beat CD Tiro Pichón 2-0 on home soil to remain third.
The two under-10s outfits also picked up three points each: the first against PD Garrucha (1-11) to keep on topping the table, and the second against UD Loma de Acosta by 10-0, registering their 8th triumph on the spin and remaining undefeated leaders.
Last but not least, UD Almería U8 'A' achieved a rampant victory as they thumped CD Vera (10-0), and U8 'B' beat CP Almería with a score of 5-1.
