UD Almería gave Real Madrid CF a guard of honour at the Power Horse Stadium as the rivals were crowned European Super Cup champions last Wednesday. A gesture of good sportsmanship and recognition from the Rojiblancos towards their opponents Real Madrid CF on this first Matchday in the LaLiga Santander.
The UD Almería footballers walked out onto the pitch along with the refereeing team first and formed two lines so that the visitors could receive a guard of honour. The Madridistas thanked the UD Almeria players for the gesture.
