Spanish Cup second-round draw in full on Wednesday, 15 November

UD Almería will once again take on, away from home, lower-division opponents in the next round of the exciting Spanish tournament

The draw for the second round of the Spanish Cup is taking place, with non-league and LaLiga sides discovering their opponents, is taking place at 1pm local time on Wednesday, 15th November at the RFEF headquarters. 

It was going to be held this Tuesday, 7th November but it has been decided to postpone it until the two remaining first-round ties are played since they had to be suspended due to the extreme weather, such as Gimnástica Segoviana vs Sestao River and Atzeneta vs Real Zaragoza. The first of these matches will be played this Wednesday, 8th November, and the second one the following week, 14th November. The draw is taking place the day after, on 15th November

UD Almería are absolutely certain that they will once again face lower-tier opponents in a single-legged match away from home since in this second round, there are teams from Tercera, Segunda and Primera RFEF. The Rojiblancos' second-round adversaries belong to one of these divisions. 

The Copa del Rey second round will be held on 5/6/7 December 2023. UD Almería will have to compete in this tournament between LaLiga EA Sports official matches against Real Betis, on home turf, and against Atlético de Madrid, at the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium.
