UD Almería President Mohamed Al-Khereiji was a first-hand witness to his team's impressive start to the season, as he was present for the Rojiblancos' opening league fixture against CD Eldense.

The Club President continues to follow everything related to the organisation very closely across its different areas, projects and objectives, just as he did last season and now during his second campaign at the helm of the Club.

The Saudi businessman spent time with the UD Almería squad during their training camp in Marbella, attended the various friendly matches they played and has now travelled to Almería to watch the league opener, oversee the start of the Stadium works and review the next steps for this and other projects.

At the UD Almería Stadium, he also witnessed the excitement and anticipation surrounding the new season among the supporters. Almost 16,000 fans filled the stands for the occasion.

He also had the opportunity to meet Urci, the Club's new mascot.
