The Power Horse Stadium hosts Spain U21 vs Switzerland U21 this Friday

Spain squad coach Santi Denia praised the venue where the match will be played and also the collaboration of UD Almeria. The friendly game will be aired at 9pm (CET)

The Power Horse Stadium will be the venue selected to host the friendly game that this Friday is going to be played between Spain U21 and Switzerland U21 (KO 9pm CET).

Despite being a friendly game, the meeting is rather important since the Spain U21 team begin their preparations for the final stage of the European Championship in which they will go all out to lift the title. Meanwhile, it will be Santi Denia's debut as U21 national coach as Luis de la Fuente was chosen to be in the driving seat of the senior national team.

Santi Denia praised the Power Horse Stadium because it is 'a top-tier stadium' and thanked UD Almería for the strong support shown as the Club collaborates in the organisation of the event. He held a pre-Switzerland press conference before the official training at the Power Horse Stadium and highlighted the high level of his team: 'They're great players who compete in the top tier of Spanish football.'

Some Spanish footballers with a bright future ahead will be taking on the Swiss such as Qatar World Cup player Guillamón, Rayo Vallecano striker Sergio Camello, Osasuna midfielder Aimar or Almeria-born Villarreal CF player Alex Baena.

Tickets are being sold through the RFEF official website and a large attendance is expected with more than 8,000 supporters in the stands, considering that only the East stand as well as the North and South stands will be occupied.
